When you commission us, we will spend time understanding your needs before adapting or creating training materials. 

We believe that coaching and mentoring should accompany training wherever possible. Coaching involves shorter-term, on-the-job, task-based skill development. Mentoring develops a longer-term relationship during which we come alongside your team or organisation at critical moments to help sustain learning and overcome challenges.

We offer a number of packages that combine training and ongoing coaching or mentoring at an affordable price.  In addition, we are able to provide highly experienced facilitators, training and curriculum development, training of trainers programmes and keynote speakers for events.
