United Edge reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled we will promptly refund all monies paid.
Your place(s) on the training are booked and confirmed when you have completed the online booking form.
TRAINING FEES AND PAYMENT
Your course fee includes a 25% non-refundable deposit. The training costs 450 USD per participant (or 405 USD per participant for groups of 10 or more). By booking your place(s) on a training, you are committing to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit for your booking. After you book:
We will send you an invoice for the entire training fees within 1 week of receiving your registration with instructions for making the payment.
You must pay this invoice within 1 month of receiving it from us, unless otherwise agreed.
Since we bank with an ethical UK-based bank, all of our invoices are sent in Great British Pound (GBP) at the current exchange rate when preparing the invoice. A 10 GBP admin fee is added once per invoice (not per participant).
If you cancel after submitting the booking form, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
For cancellations received 10 working days or more before the start of the training - you must pay 25% of your invoice.
For cancellations received less than 10 working days and more than 48 hours before the start of the training - you must pay 50% of your invoice.
For cancellations received 48 hours or less before the start of the training - you must pay 75% of your invoice.
For cancellations received after the start of the training or "no shows" - you must pay 100% of your invoice.
No reduction or refund is available for non-attendance or part-attendance, and you will be required to pay the full price of the training in such circumstances if you do not cancel in advance.
If you are no longer able to join the training that you booked, you may:
send another person in your place for no extra charge
transfer your registration to another training date at no extra charge
pay the training fee according to the cancellation policy

If you believe there has been a misunderstanding in your registration or there are exceptional circumstances that required you to cancel, please get in touch. We are always happy to discuss alternative solutions in such situations.
If we send repeated emails and fail to get a response from you, we reserve the right to contact you through your organisation or any other means. For fees that are not resolved within 3 months of the invoice date, United Edge reserves the right to process the case through our Legal Team, but we will always try to contact you first.
Seats at the workshop are extremely limited. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else.
United Edge reserves the right to amend or cancel any training, training times, dates or published prices. Changes to training prices, times and dates will be advised before the training start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase. In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place after your booking has been confirmed in writing, we will provide a full refund or make every effort to reschedule the course. We are not able to cover the costs of any transportation or accommodation in any circumstances.
SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the training. Inappropriate, offensive or disruptive behaviour during the training may result in the participant being removed from the event. No refund will be offered if this happens.
United Edge will make every effort to create a safe learning environment during the training. However, we do not take responsibility for any injuries incurred during the training.
Any recording or written material included as part of this course or arising from this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of United Edge Services Ltd or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. The participant agrees not to record the training or any part thereof.
All trainings are delivered entirely in English. If this is going to be problematic for you or other people you are booking, please get in touch before completing the booking form.
You agree that United Edge shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998, you are able to view your individual file by giving not less than seven days' written notice. This includes agreeing that United Edge can contact you after the training with course resources and important evaluation requests. United Edge will *never* share your personal information with a third party.
While we make every effort to ensure that information on this site in relation to our training and services is accurate and up-to-date, United Edge does not accept any legal responsibility for any omissions or errors on the site unless due to its negligence or the negligence of its employees or consultants.
While we make every effort to vet external sites, we do not endorse or accept responsibility over any external sites that may be linked to or from this site.
Any booking of a training assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, English law pertains.
SUBMITTING THE BOOKING FORM
By submitting the online booking form you are confirming that you are booking place(s) for the "Better Development: A Justice Based Approach" training with United Edge and that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. You will be responsible for paying the training fee according to the cancellation policy.
