Our process is set up to ensure your message has the right impact on your audience. We take care to guarantee your story is easy to understand and will create an emotional connection with your audience.
OUR PROCESS

STEP 01
LET'S CHAT
We offer all new clients a free 30-minute consultation. Tell us what problem you’re trying to solve with your designs, and we will offer guidance on how to make them more effective.
All you have to do is fill out a quick 2-minute form, and then we can start our journey together! Once we've finished our call, we will send you some ideas about how we can support.
STEP 02
FOUNDATION SETTING
Once you've chosen the package to suit your needs, we can start building your story. All great structures start with strong foundations, and your story is no exception. We want to understand the why behind your message, who you’re trying to reach and what you want to say.
We’ll do this over a video call, and we estimate it will take around one hour.
STEP 03
DESIGN TIME
After our session, we’ll draw up a brief for you to look over and approve. Once it’s approved, we’ll onboard you to a shared Google Drive folder specific to your project, and start working on your design.
Through the project folder on Google Drive, you’ll be able to keep in touch with us every step of the way.
STEP 04
FEEDBACK
We care that your message makes the right impact with your audience, which is why feedback is integral to our process.
We’ll send you an online form to fill so we can fine-tune your design to suit the needs of your organisation and your audience.
STEP 05
LAUNCH
Once we’ve put the finishing touches to your design, it’s time for your audience to see your story!
We will be available on your launch day for any small last-minute tweaks or changes.
