PRIVATE TRAINING ON JUSTICE BASED APPROACH

As the movement for justice-based programming grows, many organisations have seen the benefit in bringing our flagship training, "Better Development: A Justice Approach," to their entire teams. This is an opportunity to come together to learn, have important conversations, and challenge the way that things have always been done within their teams, organisations and social change goals.

As well as benefiting from building the capacity of the whole team and having everyone on the same page, the JBA training is also an extremely useful tool for team-building, developing critical thinking skills and improving vertical and horizontal internal accountability mechanisms. 

At the end of the three day training there is an opportunity to do practical action planning together. For organisations that want to deepen the experience, we can add an extra day of bespoke facilitation to support any particular goals you have as a team.
